Meet Audrey

Hi, I'm Audrey, a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience caring for people through some of life's most important moments.

After years working in neonatal intensive care, ICU and general practice, I created Kāpiti Aesthetics to offer appearance medicine that feels calm, honest and centred around you. Throughout my career, I've learnt that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Precision, safety, clear communication and genuinely listening to people have always been at the heart of my nursing practice, and they're the same values I bring to every aesthetic treatment.

My Approach

I believe cosmetic treatments should never feel intimidating or pressured.

Whether it's your first treatment or you've had injectables before, my role is to listen, answer your questions honestly, and recommend only what I genuinely believe will suit you.

My goal isn't to change how you look. It's to help you look like yourself, just a little more refreshed and confident.

Why I Started Kāpiti Aesthetics

During my nursing career I learned that people remember how you make them feel just as much as the treatment itself.

I wanted to create a clinic where appointments never feel rushed, questions are always welcome, and every recommendation is made with honesty, not pressure.

The best cosmetic treatments are the ones that leave people saying, "You look refreshed," rather than wondering what's changed.

When I'm not at the clinic, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, grabbing a good coffee, or enjoying everything the Kāpiti Coast has to offer. Whether it's a walk on the beach or simply being out in nature, I love slowing down and appreciating where we live.
